Job summary

NAB in Sydney seeks a Consultant PB Fraud Management to strengthen fraud governance across Personal Banking and partner with product teams, Fraud Operations, Investigations and Financial Crime Risk Management.

You will support governance, prevention, detection and response, monitor fraud risks, and contribute to awareness and training across Personal Banking, helping NAB maintain its customer-centric, risk-aware culture.

Qualifications

Experience in Operational Risk, Fraud or Personal Banking Product Management is highly valued.
Sound understanding of fraud risks, policies and their application within Personal Banking.
Strong stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and report-writing capability.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of fraud governance initiatives across Personal Banking and the broader enterprise.
Monitor, report and escalate fraud and scam risks through governance forums.
Collaborate with product teams and fraud service providers to support prevention, detection and response.
Assist fraud and scam event management and investigations, including findings and treatment plans.
Provide training, awareness and communications support across Personal Banking.
