Job summary

Auto & General (A&G) is recruiting a Fraud Analyst to collect and analyse data linked to fraud in claims. The role is based in Toowong, Brisbane, with potential weekly visits to our North Lakes Office.

You will work across the insurer network to deter fraudulent activity and support investigators. You will review complex cases, perform intelligence assessments, and liaise with assessors, investigators and external services.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in investigations or intelligence roles is valued.
• Familiarity with regulatory and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review complex or suspicious cases and prepare intelligence briefs for investigators.
• Full review of fraudulent or non-genuine claims using intelligence processes.
• Open-source intelligence queries to source additional information.
• Assist in development and testing of fraud prevention systems.
