SeaLink K’gari, Kingfisher Bay Resort’s Food & Beverage Duty Manager role invites you to lead the F&B outlets on Fraser Island, coordinating operations and supporting the F&B Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full-time position requires relocation to our staff village on the island.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, knowledge of Australian alcohol service laws, a Food Safety course, and a willingness to work across

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role.
• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Understand Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements under QLD laws.
• Authorization to live and work in Australia.
• Competent in barista and beverage making duties (highly regarded).
• Demonstrated F&B skills, including a la carte and bar service (highly regarded).
• Food Safety Course is essential.
• RMLV certificate or ability to complete.

Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Manager in daily operations of F&B outlets.
• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day resort F&B activities.
• Assist in managing outlets in the absence of the F&B Manager.
• Maximise profitability and meet guest service expectations.
• Train and support team members to Kingfisher Bay standards.
• Relocate to staff village on Fraser Island for the role.
