Job summary

Ulton is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join the Fraser Coast taxation team. You will work on diverse tax matters, support clients and the team, and contribute to development.

Ideal candidates hold undergraduate qualifications with postgraduate study or progress, and have strong Australian tax knowledge across entities. This full-time, permanent role is based in Fraser Coast with a focus on client service and growth.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3+ years working in Public Practice and in Business Services.
• Undergraduate qualifications (essential) and Postgraduate qualifications (or working towards this).
• Experience with Australian accounting and tax rules for corporate, partnership, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Professional presentation and client service focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements for companies, partnerships, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Deliver high-quality compliance and business advisory services to clients as part of a team.
• Support advisory work under managers and partners, applying technical strengths to inform next steps.
• Prepare to draft level budgets and cashflows for business planning and management.
