You will apply deep Frame & Truss knowledge to engage strategic customers, develop tailored frame, truss and flooring solutions, and partner with our Commercial & Trade teams to drive growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within the Frame & Truss industry across design, estimating, sales or related technical functions.
• Strong knowledge of Frame & Truss and flooring systems; ability to interpret residential and commercial construction plans.
• Proven customer engagement, relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Experience identifying opportunities for value engineering, optimisation and commercially viable customer solutions.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value customers and build long-term partnerships that create value for all involved.
• Understand customer operations and uncover opportunities to improve efficiency and deliver tailored solutions.
• Assist onboarding of strategic customers and ensure a seamless experience from day one.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing and operations to align customer requirements with capability and deliver outcomes.
• Serve as a technical SME, sharing Frame & Truss knowledge with internal teams.
• Provide market intelligence and industry insights to support planning and growth opportunities.
• Champion customer-focused improvements while balancing commercial outcomes.
