The role emphasizes safety, reliability and the ability to troubleshoot basic production issues in a fast-paced factory environment. Construction or steel framing experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in steel frame and truss manufacturing.
• Experience with Frame CAD machinery or automated production environment.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced factory.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Frame CAD machinery to manufacture steel frames and components
• Read and interpret plans and production drawings
• Set up machinery and ensure jobs are produced accurately and efficiently
• Carry out quality checks and troubleshoot basic production issues
• Work as part of a practical, supportive factory team
