Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking a Fractional Credit & Risk Manager to join their financial services team in North Sydney Council. This hands-on role involves leading credit operations and managing the credit team while supporting ongoing improvements and policy development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consumer lending, non-bank lending, or fintech lending.
• Strong understanding of credit risk and credit decisioning frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience managing credit teams and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day Credit and Risk function.
• Oversee credit operations, service levels, and performance.
• Manage and develop an existing Credit team.
• Support the development and implementation of credit policies.
