Job summary

Encore Technologies is looking for an experienced Frac Supervisor for a 3-6 month contract in Queensland starting in Q1 2027. You will supervise hydraulic fracturing operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while managing contractor performance and compliance with HSE regulations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a supervisory role, a current IWCF certification, and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supervising hydraulic fracturing operations.
• Strong understanding of HSE management systems required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hydraulic fracturing operations at the wellsite.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and operational objectives.
• Monitor contractor performance and operational KPIs.
