Job summary

Sharp & Carter Finance and Accounting is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join a major finance transformation for a not-for-profit client in Melbourne. You will translate FP&A processes into future-state solutions and develop Power BI dashboards and self-service analytics.

You will partner with finance and operational stakeholders, manage datasets, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to redesigning long-standing reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' FP&A or financial analyst experience in a finance role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting knowledge.
• Hands-on with Power Query and DAX to develop dashboards from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities across transformation, reporting, budgeting and BI.
• Support month-end processes with meaningful financial insights.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, datasets and reporting frameworks.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and annual planning cycles.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
