Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a Financial Planning & Analytics leader who will establish and lead a team of accountants and data analytics professionals. You will report to the Financial Controller and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

The role requires CA/CPA qualification, 3+ years in senior FP&A, and strong Excel skills. Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning is desirable. Based in Melbourne, AU, with a hands-on, collaborative culture that supports growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior management accounting / FP&A experience.
• Leading teams and business partnering experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports in accordance with Australian GAAP for professional service firms.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and model risks and sensitivities.
• Design and analyse financial models and reports.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Mentor and develop staff within the finance function.
• Provide commercial insights to key stakeholders and drive process improvements.
