Job summary

Core Talent in Jandakot is seeking an FP&A Analyst to transform financial data into actionable insights that influence pricing, costs and M&A initiatives. You will combine budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and business partnering to help leaders understand performance and drive improvements.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you’ll develop models, prepare management reports and support tendering and contracts while contributing to process improvements and automation across

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualifications, or nearing completion.
• Experience in Financial Analysis, Management Accounting, FP&A or a similar commercial finance role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Exposure to contracts would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting across multiple business areas, providing clear variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Support business cases, scenario modelling and commercial evaluations.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess financial performance and outlook.
• Assist with month-end reporting and financial close activities.
• Assist with writing and tendering contracts.
• Support broader finance operations as required.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation and finance projects across the business.
