Rombola Family Farms in Bundaberg, Queensland seeks multiple Seasonal Workers (Farm Hand, Production Worker, Forklift Operator) to support harvest and year-round operations.

Ideal candidates have farm/production experience, a valid licence, forklift certificate, and flexibility for extended hours, weekends, and holidays, with work rights and a collaborative, safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Previous farm and production/warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Current Driver's Licence and transport.
• Forklift licence and experience.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, including weekends and public holidays.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to stay for the whole harvest period.
• Evidence of work rights.
• WHS awareness and adherence.
• Team player capable of collaborating with various backgrounds.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
