Job summary

Programmed is recruiting experienced Forklift Operators at Mascot NSW, a busy aviation and logistics hub near Mascot Station. Join a global leader with ongoing work during peak season, loading/unloading airfreight and operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse.

Starting rate of $34.95+ per hour with penalty rates up to $60.05 per hour, plus monthly rosters, and a supportive team. Must hold LF Forklift Licence, Australian Driver Licence, and be eligible for ASIC clearance.

Qualifications

• LF Forklift Licence required with at least 2 years' experience.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• Experience in warehousing, freight or logistics preferred.
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol test and obtain ASIC clearance.
• Full Australian working rights

We're recruiting experienced Forklift Operators to join a global leader in aviation and logistics at one of Australia's busiest airport operations. Your Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading airfreight and cargo
• Operating forklifts within a high-volume freight warehouse
• Sorting, scanning and processing freight
• Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
• Following strict aviation safety and security procedures
• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Available Shifts

As this is a 24/7 operation, flexibility is essential. Shifts include:

• Morning Shifts (5am and 6am starts)
• Afternoon Shifts
• Night Shifts

Candidates must be available to work 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays when required.

What We're Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence- With minimum of 2 years experience
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Previous experience in warehousing, freight, transport or logistics
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
• Eligible to obtain an ASIC Clearance (cost reimbursed upon onboarding- this is $350)
• Ability to commit to the onboarding process
• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
• Reliable, hardworking and team-focused attitude
