Job summary

Hardware & General Supplies Limited is seeking a Yard & Warehouse Forklift Operator in Peakhurst, Sydney. You’ll handle heavy materials safely, load/unload deliveries, receive and dispatch stock, and support daily warehouse operations across yard, warehouse and store areas.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have full Australian working rights and be able to work without restriction.
• Valid forklift licence ("LF") preferred or willing to learn and obtain.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials (up to 25kg).
• Experience with building materials desirable (not essential).
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handling heavy materials safely.
• Loading and unloading deliveries and vehicles.
• Receiving, sorting, and allocating inbound stock.
• Preparing and dispatching orders for delivery.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or damage.
• Working across warehouse, yard, and store areas as required.
• Supporting smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
