Job summary

Trojan Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Forklift Operator with a White or Red ASIC Card in Sydney, NSW. This mixed role involves forklift duties and freight handling for a global logistics partner.

Key duties include unloading/loading trucks and aircraft cages, sorting parcels, distributing freight with RF scanning, and processing orders. You’ll need an ASIC card, 12 months of warehouse experience, LF licence, and clear police checks. Overtime/weekend work available.

Qualifications

• Current White or Red ASIC card (mandatory).
• At least 12 months’ experience in a similar warehouse and distribution environment.
• Current LF forklift licence and 6 months Counterbalance forklift experience.
• Able to pass a National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes.
• Current driver’s licence and own transport.
• Willing to obtain a Dangerous Goods Certificate.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Forklift & Freight Handler to join a global logistics company that connects people in over 220 countries and territories worldwide. They specialise in international shipping, courier services and transportation.

Please note this is a mixed role, not purely forklift driving. You must be willing to do freight handling as well.

Shift times:10:00am - 6:00pm

Skills, Experience and Compliances

• Current White or Red ASIC card (mandatory)
• At least 12 months’ experience in a similar warehouse and distribution environment
• Experience in the freight industry is desirable
• RF scanning experience
• Physically fit for manual handling
• Current LF forklift licence and 6 months Counterbalance forklift experience
• Able to pass a National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes
• Current driver’s licence and own transport
• Willing to obtain a Dangerous Goods Certificate
