Daily duties include loading and unloading trucks, putting stock away, counting stock, and ensuring availability for sales and dispatch. LF forklift licence and proven experience required; early starts and site procedures must be followed.

Forklift Operator – Townsville Achieve Group Australia is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for an ongoing opportunity based in Townsville. This role will suit a reliable operator who is confident working in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to safety and stock accuracy.

What’s on offer

• $33.50 per hour + penalties + super
• Weekly pay
• Consistent hours

Hours of work

• Monday – Wednesday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Thursday: 4:0 am – 2:30pm
• Friday: 6:0am – 12:0pm

Duties will include

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Putting stock away / general yard & warehouse movements
• Counting stock and maintaining accurate stock levels
• Ensuring product availability for sales and dispatch
• General forklift and warehousing tasks as required

To be successful you will have

• Current LF Forklift Licence and solid forklift operating experience
• Strong commitment to safety and safe load handling
• Good numeracy and attention to detail for stock counts
• Ability to work early starts and follow site procedures
• Steel industry knowledge (advantageous)
