Job summary

Complete Office Supplies Pty Limited (COS) is seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a casual, season-based role in Truganina, Melbourne. Immediate start from September through February 2027, with Monday to Friday workdays.

You will handle pallet stacking, loading/unloading, staging, and routine warehouse duties across the site. Applicants must hold a valid Forklift Licence with Bendi experience, demonstrate strong safety awareness, and be capable of data entry and teamwork to support stock

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required with Bendi experience.
• Strong focus on safety and OHS requirements in warehouse settings.
• Good data entry skills and willingness to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Pallet stacking and loading/unloading of goods.
• Staging and pick packing for dispatch.
• Inbound duties including receiving, putaways and replenishment.
• General warehouse tasks as needed.

More about what you’ll do

We are seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Operators to join our friendly team located at Truganina. This role is a casual role for our Back To School Season. It is an immediate start beginning in September due to conclude at the end of February 2027. Working days are Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for warehouse and dock duties, pallet stacking, freight sorting, freight staging ready for delivery and loading trucks

Key responsibilities include:

• Pallet Stacking
• Loading and Unloading
• Staging
• Pick Packing
• Inbound and inventory Duties such as but not limited to:
  • Receiving
  • Putaways
  • Replenishment
• General Warehouse duties as needed

To qualify for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are a driven and passionate individual
• A current Forklift Licence - Bendi experience essential
• Strong sense of safety and a good understanding of warehouse OHS requirements
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Basic Computer Skills including data entry
