Job summary

Synergie Group is recruiting a Forklift Operator in Sydney to support our steel partner. You will be sorting and moving large steel plates, loading and unloading, and assisting with daily production goals in a hands-on environment.

The role requires a forklift licence, experience in pick/packing within steel, and a strong safety mindset. You will join a supportive team with opportunities for overtime and long-term employment.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required.
• Experience with pick/packing in steel.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience operating machines in a steel environment.
• Able to lift up to 25–30 kg.
• Physically fit and healthy.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Forklift - Counterbalance.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Operate magnetic overhead cranes.
• Sort and move steel plates.
• Perform basic quality checks and adjustments.
• Follow safety procedures and production standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets.
