Job summary

Hinen Australia is looking for a reliable Forklift Operator & Operations Assistant to join our team in Western Sydney. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties with day-to-day operational support for our Operations Manager.

Safely load, receive, pick and pack orders, and assist with inventory, documentation and daily tasks. You will contribute to stock control, safety, and efficiency while developing experience in warehouse and operations within a growing renewable energy company.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian LF forklift licence is required.
• Experience in forklift and warehouse operations is preferred.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills and safety awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload and move pallets using a forklift.
• Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing orders.
• Pick, pack and check orders accurately.
• Support the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Assist with inventory records, delivery coordination, documentation and general administrative tasks.
• Help manage stocktakes and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety procedures.
• Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies and operational issues promptly.
