Job summary

eStore Logistics is seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our Operations team at Marsden Park. You will operate high reach forklifts and RF devices, perform picking, packing and container unloading while maintaining safety and efficiency. The role supports our rapid growth across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has experience with MHE, a strong focus on safety, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating material handling equipment and knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to follow guidelines and SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking and unloading containers using MHE.
• Execute daily activities safely and in line with SLAs.
• Follow policy and procedures including traffic management and safety.
• Sort, pack, tape and label customer orders.
• Operate RF device to pick/pack orders, receipt goods and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily KPIs.
• Contribute to a positive, high-standard work environment.
