Job summary

SLR Transport is seeking experienced forklift operators to join our fast-paced warehouse and distribution team. You will safely operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts, pick and dispatch orders, and manage stock movements using WMS and RF scanners while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

We offer morning or afternoon shifts with a competitive hourly rate and potential to transition from casual to full-time.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience operating counterbalance and/or high-reach forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first approach.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Shift options: morning or afternoon.
• Casual to full-time transition possible.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
• Use WMS systems and RF scanners to manage stock movements
• Complete stock replenishment and warehouse transfers
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Follow all WHS requirements, company policies, and safety procedures

About you
