Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services is recruiting experienced Forklift Operators to join a global leader in aviation and logistics at Mascot NSW. This is a 24/7 operation with multiple immediate opportunities and a starting rate of $34.95+ per hour, with penalties up to $60.05 per hour.

Ongoing, stable work in a fast-paced aviation environment with a convenient Mascot location. Candidates must have an LF Forklift Licence with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, a current Australian Driver Licence, and

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, transport or logistics.
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test.
• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
• ASIC Clearance is required (cost reimbursed on onboarding).

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading airfreight and cargo.
• Operating forklifts within a high-volume freight warehouse.
• Sorting, scanning and processing freight.
• Loading and unloading vehicles and containers.
• Following aviation safety and security procedures.
• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

We're recruiting experienced Forklift Operators to join a global leader in aviation and logistics at one of Australia's busiest airport operations. Your Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading airfreight and cargo


• Operating forklifts within a high-volume freight warehouse


• Sorting, scanning and processing freight


• Loading and unloading vehicles and containers


• Following strict aviation safety and security procedures


• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Available Shifts

As this is a 24/7 operation, flexibility is essential. Shifts include:

• Morning Shifts (5am and 6am starts)


• Afternoon Shifts


• Night Shifts

Candidates must be available to work 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays when required.

What We're Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence- With minimum of 2 years experience


• Current Australian Driver Licence


• Previous experience in warehousing, freight, transport or logistics


• Ability to work rotating shifts


• Strong commitment to safety and compliance


• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Test


• Eligible to obtain an ASIC Clearance (cost reimbursed upon onboarding- this is $350)


• Ability to commit to the onboarding process


• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
