Job summary

SPC Global Limited is seeking a reliable casual Forklift Driver for our Distribution Centre in Melbourne. You will operate gas and electric forklifts, perform carton picking, and assist with loading/unloading to ensure accurate, on-time customer orders.

Reporting to the Warehouse Leader, you will manage RF-based inventory movements, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This casual role offers 4–5 shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Current License to perform high risk work (LF).
• 2+ years' experience operating forklifts within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to undertake manual handling tasks when required.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in RF scanning is an advantage.
• Experience in electric forklifts, single and/or double deep reach is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach and/or counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Pick, pack, replenish, and relocate stock as required
• Complete inventory movements using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Assist with dispatch and receipting activities
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Adhere to all site safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Support the wider warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets
