Job summary

Knauf Australia is seeking a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver to join the Woodville North trade store team. You will contribute to distribution activities, handle daily order processing, loading and unloading, and assist customers face-to-face and over the phone.

You must hold a valid forklift licence and police check, have the physical fitness for manual handling, and complete pre-employment medical.

Qualifications

• Valid Police Check.
• Valid forklift licence.
• Experience in distribution & logistics is desirable.
• Be physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Pre-employment medical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Hand unloading plasterboard and assisting with goods receipt.
• Deal with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Pick and pack orders daily.
• Check and prepare orders and paperwork.
• Load/unload customer vehicles.
• Maintain equipment and report faults.
• Assist with stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
