Pace Farm is seeking a reliable and motivated Carousel/Pick Forklift Operator for ongoing work at their Buchanan farm, located 40 minutes from Newcastle. This position involves operating forklifts, moving pallets, loading refrigerated vehicles, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Candidates should have proven experience in warehousing, a valid forklift licence, and clear communication skills. The role requires a flexible schedule and offers an hourly rate starting from $33.38 plus penalty rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehousing.
• Valid forklift licence and hands-on experience operating forklifts.
• A current Australian driver’s licence with access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Operating forklift
• Moving pallets of dry goods/egg cartons
• Loading and offloading refrigerated vehicles
• Recording movements of leased pallets and containers
• Assisting with packing of orders
• Maintaining cleanliness and security in the warehouse
