Programmed is seeking experienced Forklift Operators for opportunities across the Townsville region. If you hold a current forklift licence and are seeking your next role, we want to hear from you.

There are multiple roles across various industries and sites with immediate and upcoming starts. Casual hourly rates range from $34 to $45 depending on role, shift and client; pre-employment requirements vary by position.

Qualifications

• Must hold current High Risk Work Licence - Forklift (LF).
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, industrial environments preferred.
• Able to operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Capable of performing general warehouse or labouring duties as required.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely to move goods and materials.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed by client sites.
• Work as part of a team to meet productivity targets.

What we're looking for:

• Current and valid High Risk Work Licence - Forklift (LF)
• Experience within warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, industrial or similar environments will be highly regarded
• Confidence operating a forklift safely and efficiently
• Ability to undertake general warehouse, stores or labouring duties where required
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Availability to work a range of shifts depending on client requirements

Pre-employment requirements

As we are recruiting across several different clients and sites, pre-employment requirements will vary between positions. Some roles may require candidates to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, while this is not a requirement for all available positions.
