Job summary

Stellar Recruitment in Veradilla (Toowoomba region) is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy Loadout Department on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers afternoon shift loading, overtime opportunities, and a safety-focused team environment designed for long-term career stability.

Key duties include operating forklifts safely, moving containers around the site, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Previous forklift operating experience.
• Experience driving trucks.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Available to work afternoon shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Drive trucks around site moving containers.
• Load and unload trucks in a busy dispatch environment.
• Move and store palletised products.
• Complete pre-start checks and basic documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and site requirements.

Hours & Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Shift times:
  • 2:00pm to 10:30pm, or
  • 3:00pm to 11:30pm
• Overtime opportunities often available

Pay Rates Includes 15% afternoon/night shift loading

• Level 2: $34.42/hr
• Level 3: $34.61/hr
• Additional levels available based on experience

Key Responsibilities
