Job summary

Perfection Fresh in New South Wales seeks a hands-on Warehouse Operator to support receiving, despatching and stock control across our cold storage sites. You will help prepare high care orders, print daily picking lists, and ensure FIFO stock rotation while maintaining safe, tidy packing and despatch areas.

Ideal candidates are reliable communicators who can work in cold environments, follow GRN labeling procedures, and assist with forklift duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & despatching trucks asrequired
• Support the preparation of all high care orders, providing stock to the feed room and helping packing area whenrequired
• Responsible for preparingGRN labels for the shift and rotating stock (FIFO: first in first out)
• Print out daily orders for picking, prioritise workloadaccordingly
• Collect stock from storage and palletise to customer specification as instructed (pick, re-pack,stackand label)
• Checking and counting/weighing stock on arrival and noting down details and print out all required labels to meet customerspecification
• Check stock quality is acceptable for customer orders and communicate any issues to high care feed roomsupervisor
• Relocate stock to a safe holding area ready for despatch (cool room, in warehouse racking or despatch area)
• Keep packaging areas tidy andsafe
• When high care is notoperatingon anyparticular days, you willbe requiredtoassistwith the packing lines & forklift duties in Lowrisk
• You will be responsible forkeeping the outside pallet areas tidy andsafe
• If during your daily duties you notice product thatdoesn’tmeet the correct labelling requirement (a date code, GRNlabel, grower traceability) notify the stock management team and rectify theproblem
• Be vigilant of open cool room doors, high cool room temperatures, path obstructionetc.Ensure that product quality is alwaysoptimised
• Removing all packaging and raw material waste to waste area
• Take responsibility for the maintenance and cleanliness of the forkliftoperatedthatday
• Ensure all forkliftsare returnedto battery area and charged ifpossible
• Other ad hoc tasks, asrequired

Computer Knowledge/skills are desirable

Ability to work within cold storageenvironments

Knowledge of warehousing environments
