Job summary

Linde Material Handling Australia is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and repair forklift systems, service vehicles, and log jobs via the Linde Service App, while maintaining parts stock and delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll work with a supportive team, participate in after-hours on-call shifts, and contribute to safe, reliable material handling for our customers across Australia.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on forklifts and equipment.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills on site.
• Maintain and manage service van stock and tools inventory.
• Assist in repairs in the workshop and support other technicians.
• Coordinate with service allocators to complete daily jobs on time.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Order spare parts through the Parts Portal.
• Use the Linde Service App to receive jobs and log data.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Maintain service van stock and tools; ensure proper care.
• Coordinate daily jobs with Service Allocators and complete tasks on time.
• Assist in workshop repairs and support other technicians as needed.
• Participate in after-hours on-call roster per policy.
