Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking a High Reach Forklift Operator / Storeperson to join a clean, modern distribution center in Camellia, NSW. You will operate High Reach and counterbalance forklifts, pick, pack and dispatch orders, and maintain stock accuracy.

This is a standard day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with weekends off and onsite parking. A valid LF forklift licence with 1+ year experience is required, plus safety‑conscious teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Forklift License (LF) with a minimum of 1+ year of High Reach operating experience.
• Proven storeperson or warehouse experience, ideally handling high-value or technology goods.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Outlook and inventory management software.
• Solid reliability with full working rights in Australia.
• Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely to handle high-value technology equipment.
• Manage accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders.
• Maintain clean and organized racking and inventory levels.
• Perform basic administrative tasks including printing delivery dockets and updating stock systems.
• Communicate effectively via email while enforcing safe work practices across the site.

Salary: $38.70 per hour + super + overtime penalties
