Job summary

Randstad is seeking a High Reach Forklift Operator / Storeperson in Camellia, NSW. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with weekends off. You will operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts to handle tech equipment, pick/pack/dispatch orders, and maintain stock systems.

Onsite parking and potential temp‑to‑perm opportunities accompany a clean, modern distribution center environment. Applicants must hold a current LF forklift license with at least 1 year of high reach experience,

Qualifications

• Forklift license LF with 1+ year high reach experience.
• Storeperson/warehouse experience, ideally with high‑value or tech goods.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Outlook and inventory software.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Strong communication skills and a safety‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely to handle high‑value tech equipment.
• Manage picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.
• Maintain clean, organized racking and inventory levels.
• Perform basic admin tasks like printing delivery dockets and updating stock systems.
• Communicate via email and enforce safe work practices across the site.

High Reach Forklift Operator / Storeperson - Randstad

Location: Camellia, NSW

Salary: $37.00 per hour + super + overtime penalties

Duties & Responsibilities

Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely to handle high-value technology equipment, manage accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders, maintain clean and organized racking and inventory levels, perform basic administrative tasks including printing delivery dockets and updating stock systems, and communicate effectively via email while enforcing safe work practices across the site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Current and valid Forklift License (LF) with a minimum of 1+ year of High Reach operating experience

Proven storeperson or warehouse experience, ideally handling high-value or technology goods

Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Outlook and inventory management software

Solid reliability with full working rights in Australia

Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset
