Job summary

Randstad in Camellia, NSW is seeking a Forklift Driver to operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts in a modern, air-conditioned tech distribution centre. The role offers a standard Monday to Friday day shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) with temp-to-perm potential and weekends off, plus super and overtime penalties.

You will pick, pack, and dispatch orders, maintain inventory, and handle basic admin such as delivery dockets and stock updates.

Qualifications

• LF forklift licence (High Reach) is required.
• At least 1 year of High Reach operating experience.
• Basic computer literacy; MS Outlook and inventory management software familiarity.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Strong communication skills and safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely to move high-value technology equipment.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized racking systems and accurate inventory levels.
• Perform basic administration, including printing delivery dockets and updating stock systems.
• Communicate effectively via email and enforce safe work practices across the site.
