Job Q is seeking a reliable High Reach Forklift Operator for a temp-to-perm role at Moorabbin Airport, Victoria. You will operate Crown and Toyota high reach forklifts on a day shift, performing picking, replenishment and stock control while following WHS guidelines.

This on-site role offers a clear path to permanency for motivated operators who demonstrate safe, efficient handling and good team support on the warehouse floor.

Formación

• Current High Risk Work Licence (LF) required.
• Experience operating Crown and Toyota high-reach forklifts.
• Experience in high-reach replenishment and stock picking.
• On-site forklift assessment may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Crown and Toyota high reach forklifts in narrow aisle racking.
• Perform high reach order picking and stock replenishment.
• Handle container unpacking, palletizing, and loading/unloading inbound/outbound freight.
• Conduct pre-operational safety checks on equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow WHS guidelines.
• Take initiative on the floor, providing informal leadership and team support.
