Job summary

Help Enterprises, a Queensland-based social enterprise, is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson at Acacia Ridge. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, warehouse logistics, and coordinating order fulfilment.

You will work with site staff, suppliers and other departments to ensure timely product availability and safe operations. Applicants should have proven warehousing experience and a current forklift licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehousing or a related field.
• Hold a current Forklift licence (Mandatory).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee receipt and inspection of incoming shipments and manage shipping to fulfil orders.
• Coordinate picking and packing of orders and supervise supported personnel.
• Provide direction and training to team members and assign daily tasks.
• Enforce safety guidelines and maintain a secure workplace.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and customer service to ensure product availability.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
