SignSite Group is a fast-growing national signage business delivering design, manufacture and installation services across Australia. The Warehouse and Facility Coordinator role is based at our Brendale facility, reporting to the Production Manager.

You will manage inbound deliveries, assist with dispatch, operate forklifts, and keep the yard and workshop tidy to support a safe, efficient operation. The role requires a current Forklift Licence (LF) and a valid Driver's Licence, plus experience

Qualifications

• Recent experience in warehousing, stores, receiving and dispatch, yard work or manufacturing support.
• Forklift licence (LF) and valid Driver's Licence are essential.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory and freight booking systems.

Responsabilités

• Receive and check deliveries, record in inventory system, store materials.
• Label materials with job numbers for easy locating by production.
• Safely load/unload freight vehicles and move materials around the workshop.
• Book freight, prepare dispatch documents, label crates and packages with delivery details.
• Build crates and pack signage onto skids for transport.
