Job summary

Emerson in Wangara, WA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse operations across goods inward and assist goods outward when required. You will help ensure safe, accurate handling of materials and work with internal teams and logistics partners.

The role requires a forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one), basic computer skills, good organisation, and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment.
• Forklift licence (current or willingness to obtain).
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations for goods inward, including receipting, checking, storing, and distributing materials.
• Assist with goods outward activities such as picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Safely handle materials, including loading and unloading and moving goods.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Use systems to record receipting, dispatch, and inventory movements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth workflows.
• Work with couriers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment.
• Follow transport, handling, and safety requirements.
• Operate forklifts or other equipment where trained and authorised.
