Job summary

• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Experience in front-line customer service within a clinical or ward setting.
• Ability to maintain accurate patient information across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable administrative support to the clinical team and ward operations.
• Deliver front-line customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff with professionalism.
• Maintain and update patient information across iPIMS, SYNAPTIX and other electronic systems.
• Manage patient files, clothing, property and ward administrative processes.
