Job summary

SA Health in Adelaide is seeking a Clinical Facilitator within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network's Forensic Mental Health Service. You will lead education, supervision, and practice development across a multidisciplinary team serving consumers with mental health challenges.

The role requires registration or eligibility with the NMBA as a Nurse, RN/M2 level, and offers a permanent full-time position up to 30 July 2027 with a salary of 90,913–114,917 AUD per year plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for registration
• Experience in forensic mental health is desirable
• Strong ability to deliver education and supervision to multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver targeted clinical education programs aligned with forensic mental health best practice
• Provide structured clinical supervision and mentoring
• Lead competency assessments and support staff through orientation and ongoing professional development
• Identify workforce capability gaps and contribute to service improvement initiatives
