Job summary

SA Health in Adelaide is seeking a Clinical Facilitator within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network's Forensic Mental Health Service. You will lead education, supervision, and practice development across a multidisciplinary team serving consumers with mental health challenges.

The role requires registration or eligibility with the NMBA as a Nurse, RN/M2 level, and offers a permanent full-time position up to 30 July 2027 with a salary of 90,913–114,917 AUD per year plus superannuation.

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Clinical Facilitator within our Forensic Mental Health Service. You'll play a central role in building a confident, skilled, and reflective clinical workforce. Your focus will span education, supervision, and practice development across a multidisciplinary team working with consumers experiencing mental health challenges.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in a forensic, acute mental health, or secure care environment
• Proven ability to facilitate clinical education and professional development for multidisciplinary teams
• Experience delivering clinical supervision and structured debriefing in high-acuity settings

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practising certificate, OR enrolled in an approved Mental Health course or holds a qualification in mental health practice.
