Job summary

Yunex Traffic is seeking a skilled professional to join the ITS and TCS project delivery team in Australia. You will work with the projects team to deliver projects within the agreed scope, applying company policy and knowledge to ensure successful completion.

The role involves coordinating with customers, supervising sub-contractors, training on new equipment, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement while staying aligned with national/local standards.

Job description

The business is currently seeking a new team member to join the ITS and TCS project delivery team in this role you will work within the projects team and have joint responsibility for delivering projects and ensuring they are delivered as per the agreed scope. You will apply existing knowledge, combined with company policy to ensure successful project completion.

Areas of responsibility and tasks

• Investigation of project activities and ensuring all works required projects works are able to be carried out.
• Oversee specialist sub-contractors
• Undertake appropriate training with the addition of new equipment and systems as and when necessary, via formal and informal training, including on the job training.
• Supervise the delivery of a wide range of projects in accordance with current national/local standards, guidance, specifications and best practice.
• Ensure the required documentation is up to standard and record-keeping systems are up to date and communicated with the team.
• Any other duties reasonably requested within the skills required for the role.
• Identifying trends and recommending improvement strategies, innovations.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Delivery of ITS/TCS Projects
• Traffic signal fundamentals and TfNSW SPECIFICATION D&C TS101
• Transport for New South Wales (RMS) ITS standards/specifications
• Construction White card
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Projects
• First aid / CPR
• Must hold full Driving License
• Basic Traffic Control
