Skechers Australia/New Zealand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Tamworth store. You will work with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, coach the team, and drive store success in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead customer-focused service, manage stock and merchandising, and help control wage costs while supporting the team’s growth and development. This role offers leadership pathways and a supportive culture within a popular footwear brand.

Competenze

Experience in a senior sales assistant, leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, ASM)
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Proactive attitude with a passion for developing others
