EOS Footwear in Melbourne (St Kilda) is looking for a hands-on Product Developer to drive footwear concepts from development through production. You will manage prototypes, signatures and tech packs, while coordinating with suppliers to hit schedules and quality standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in footwear or apparel development, strong Illustrator skills, and an in-office work right in Australia. Mandarin is a plus but not essential, and Trello is used for range boards.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years’ experience in footwear/apparel product development or production is advantageous.
• Proven experience working directly with suppliers and managing production timelines.
• Hands-on footwear product development requires seeing, touching, fitting, and adjusting samples in real time.
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills for renderings and product documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills and proactive problem solving.
• Permanent right to work in Australia (in-office role).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the tracking and approval process for prototypes, development, sales samples and production confirmation samples.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product specifications detailing all technical requirements.
• Create precise digital renderings using Procreate, Illustrator and Photoshop, and prepare tech packs for suppliers.
• Manage product specifications across the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage sample and production schedules and critical path.
• Schedule and document fit sessions to maintain smooth sample flow.
• Manage all product data in a master document and coordinate seasonal range boards in Trello.
• Keep the product team aligned and organized to meet development deadlines.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the broader product team.
• Conduct trend analysis and competitor research to support range development.
