The Athlete's Foot is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for Rosebud, Melbourne. You’ll lead a high-energy team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales using our MyFit 3D fitting tech.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to manage rotas, visual merchandising, stock and training, while championing brand partnerships and community engagement. Join a supportive team focused on growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Store Manager or similar in fast-paced retail.
• Results-driven mindset and KPI achievement.
• Strong leadership to motivate a team.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Stock control and visual merchandising knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service using MyFit 3D technology.
• Motivate and inspire your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to manage rosters and wage spend.
• Support store operations including presentation, stock management and training.
• Foster community engagement through partnerships and health professional relationships.
• Ensure OH&S compliance with state regulations.
