Job summary

Cotton On Kids is seeking an Assistant Buyer to join the Footwear and Accessories team in Australia. You will execute product and range plans, translate category direction into action, and ensure timely delivery that aligns with brand DNA and customer demand.

You will support range architecture, pricing, and critical milestones while collaborating with Design, Planning, and Production to optimize commercial outcomes and lifecycle visibility.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in buying or fashion is preferred.
• Experience in an Assistant Buyer or junior buyer role within retail or fashion is ideal.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products and timelines.
• Hands-on product development experience and collaboration with planning on commercial outcomes.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of product and range plans to drive commercial outcomes.
• Translate category direction into action ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with brand DNA.
• Assist with range architecture, pricing setup, product information and critical path milestones.
• Collaborate with Design, Trend, Planning and Production to keep product aligned to targets.
• Support product launches with Marketing, Store Experience and Digital teams.
• Mentor and guide junior team members as part of team development.
