Job summary

Bellbowrie Tavern is seeking a Food Services Attendant to deliver guest-focused service, promote loyalty programs and help create memorable dining experiences. The role requires weekend and nighttime availability to ensure guests have the best time possible at our pubs.

You will engage with guests, inform them about loyalty benefits, and provide fast, personalised service with a friendly, energetic attitude. Physical tasks such as lifting may be required as part of daily duties.

This dynamic role requires weekend and nighttime availability to ensure that our guests have the best time possible at our pubs.

A day in the life of a Food Services Attendant:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products to create special moments that your guests won’t forget
• Let our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many benefits and product offerings
• Ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by providing them with fast, efficient and personalised service

Qualifications

About you

• You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters
• You are great with people, communication, detail and delivery and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
