Job summary

Epworth Geelong seeks experienced front and back of house hospitality staff for food preparation and service within our Food Services team. The role supports a healthcare setting with opportunities to relocate to other Epworth sites.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, a working knowledge of food safety, and RSA/food handling certification, plus willingness to work across all shifts to meet patient needs.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced front and back of house hospitality staff to work in food preparation and service roles at Epworth Geelong.

The opportunity to join our supportive and friendly Food Services team comes with generous employee benefits and pathways for motivated applicants to train into other roles. Epworth’s growing healthcare services also provides opportunities to relocation to other sites.

The following will be an advantage but not essential, we are looking for applicants with the right attitude - skills can be trained.

• Experience in hospitality
• A working knowledge of food safety
• Flexibility to work any shift, as required, on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

You will have:

• The flexibility to work across any shift, as required, on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• A working knowledge of food safety with an accredited Food Handling certificate
• Experience in hospitality
• An organised approach to work, able to work consistently and effectively in a busy environment.
• The ability to deliver on, and respond compassionately to our patients' needs.
• Food Safety and RSA certification, or a willingness to undertake this training prior to commencing, will be viewed favourably.
