UPA Aged Care Solutions is seeking a Part-time Food Services Assistant for the TRA Aged Care Facility in the Sydney region. You will prepare evening meals, accommodate dietary needs, and maintain HACCP while upholding hygiene standards.

The role emphasizes empathy, dignity, and teamwork within a values-driven workplace. Training is provided; the organisation offers support, flexible arrangements, and opportunities to advance in aged care service delivery.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Part-time Food Services Assistant - TRA to join our team at Sydney region.

Duties will include (but not limited to): -

• Preparation evening meals as resident’s requests
• Planning for resident’s special requests and dietary needs, as well as likes and dislikes
• Participating and maintaining the HACCP program continually striving for improvement
• Maintain clean and tidy kitchen, include clean-up of spills and hazard prevention
• Report and defects or maintains requirements
• Keep up to date with latest food safety, handling and equipment standards
• Follow required hygiene guidelines as per HACCP
• Will to complete Food Safety Training as per food safety standards, will to complete Senior First Aide Certificate
• Work as team member as per UPA values and have good communication skills
