Job summary

Rice King Foods, a small family-owned FMCG producer, seeks hands-on staff for a high-volume food filling/packing line in a clean, HACCP-certified environment. The role offers 38+ hours per week, with a 10-hour shift pattern from Monday to Friday.

You'll perform wet/hot filling, mixing, food preparation, packing, cleaning and stock picking in freezer conditions. Physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to follow strict safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous 1-2 years experience in HACCP certified manufacturing environment (high speed packing experience preferred) OR previous experience in a restaurant/café kitchen.
• Ability to follow stringent safety procedures.
• Ability to learn and follow site specific food manufacturing production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and be physically fit.
• MUST be punctual and reliable.
• FULL working rights within Australia.
• Be able to work 10 hour days - minimum 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Wet/Hot filling on a high-volume line.
• Mixing and food preparation tasks.
• Packing and stock picking in freezer conditions (must be able to pick up at least 15kg).
• Cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Follow HACCP and safety procedures per site.

Your new organisation are true innovators within their field. A small family owned and operated FMCG Business manufacturing frozen prepared meals and providing to a variety of Aged Care Facilities, Health Care and Contracted Caterers as well as Retailers.

Clean presentation and cleaniness to an absolute must.

This is a casual role with minimum of 38 hours per week.

Must be physically fit.

Monday to Friday 8am - 430pm shift.

Wet/Hot Filling

Mixing

Food Preparation

Packing

Cleaning

Stock Picking in freezer conditions (must be able to pick up at least 15kg)
