Job summary

Sandhurst Fine Foods in Miranda is looking for process workers / machine operators for our permanent Production facility. You will perform general food machine operation in the production area, with training provided. Ability to lift up to 10kg and maintain health and fitness are required.

Reporting to the Supervisor, your duties include operating and maintaining machinery, following SOPs, and contributing to daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of machine operation within food, pharmaceutical, and / or associated industries
• The ability to lift up to 10kg
• Physically fit and healthy

Responsibilities

• Carry out production processes according to operating procedures to meet daily production plan (packaging, filling and mixing)
• Maintain machinery
• Operate the machine during production and ensure it is performing accurately
• Clean and maintain machinery
• Follow Occupational Health and Safety instructions when handling equipment and raw materials
