Job summary

INTER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES invites reliable Casual Production Operators to join our Melbourne manufacturing team. You will perform hands-on production tasks in a food manufacturing setting, following strict safety, quality and housekeeping standards.

You'll operate blenders and mixing equipment, weigh ingredients, and maintain accurate records. We value punctuality, safety-mindedness and the ability to work across shifts in a fast-paced environment in Cheltenham.

Qualifications

• Must understand you may get 2–5 shifts per week.
• Must start at 6am or 7am.
• Previous food manufacturing experience.
• Must commute to Cheltenham.
• Able to read batch cards and follow processes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
• Reliable attendance with a safety-first attitude.
• Able to undertake manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate food blenders and mixing equipment.
• Weigh and measure raw materials and ingredients.
• Load and unload materials safely.
• Complete production records and batch documentation.
• Monitor product quality and report discrepancies.
• Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas.
• Follow all food safety, chemical handling, WHS procedures.
• Work safely to meet daily production targets.

INTER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES are currently seeking reliable and motivated Casual Production Operators to join our manufacturing team.

These roles are suited to people who enjoy hands-on work, can follow production procedures and are committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and assigned role, your duties may include:

• Operating industrial food blenders and mixing equipment.
• Accurately weighing, measuring and adding raw materials and ingredients.
• Loading and unloading materials safely.
• Completing production records, batch documentation and quality checks.
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
• Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas.
• Following all food safety, chemical handling, WHS and site procedures.
• Working safely and efficiently to meet daily production requirements.

To be Successful

• Must understand you may get 2 -n 5 shifts per week
• Must be able to work either 6am or 7am start
• Hade previous Food Manufacturing Experience
• Must be able to commute to Cheltenham
• Comfortable reading Batch Cards & following processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
• Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic and a safety-first attitude.
• Ability to undertake manual handling and physical production duties.
